the wts has erroneously set the fall of jerusalem in the year 607. i'm trying to put together information, for our son, proving that this date is false.

i've decided when our son brings up the subject of his involvement in the wts, i will then show him this information.

i feel this particular subject is the wisest to go with.

Alan, the info I have is excellent, for the life of me though I can't trace the source. It is an exjw that wrote it. It is very positive regarding Ptolemy and Berossus as being incredibly accurate resources for the regnal lengths of these kings.

What I am looking for to go with it, is either a great book OR online source that is nonjw/exjw that goes into some detail about chronology. Something to use as a good reference.

Thanks Alan for this. I saw how much info was on his page and considering I just got the new Harry Potter book, chronology sort of took a backseat.

I'm looking specifically for more info on Ptolemy and Berossus. I found some great info that I printed several months ago, I'd just like to get a fairly well rounded idea of the arguments that the W has against them.

That's how I came across that particular site.
